1) Pre-Purchase Support (Engineering & Quotation)

We respond quickly and review your requirements with engineering-level detail. Once we receive your SLD, load list, and key specifications, our team confirms ratings, interfaces, and compliance targets and flags any missing or conflicting inputs—so the quotation and design basis is correct from the start.

Compliance alignment

During pre-purchase review, we confirm the applicable standards and market requirements for your destination and application (IEC/EN, GB/T, and project specifications), then issue a compliance matrix mapping each requirement to the design basis, verification method, and deliverables.

If additional compliance, third-party testing, or project-specific documentation is required, we can coordinate with qualified laboratories and provide the required documentation package (routine verification records, FAT report, and as-built documents).

2) After-Purchase Support (Execution & Delivery)

Engineering deliverables

We issue the full engineering package for review and approval, including GA drawings, wiring diagrams, terminal schedules, and BOM. Final shipment includes as-built documentation to support installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

Production updates

We provide clear production visibility from design approval → fabrication → assembly → testing. You can track milestones and align your site schedule, logistics planning, and FAT timing with confidence.

FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)

Before shipment, we perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to verify functional performance against the approved drawings and requirements. FAT deliverables typically include a test checklist, routine verification records (where applicable), and a FAT report (photos/video optional upon request).

Packing & shipping docs

We prepare export packing to protect switchgear during international transport, and we provide complete shipping and handover documentation. This helps smooth customs clearance and ensures your team receives the manuals, test records, and as-built drawings needed on site.

3) After-Delivery Support (Commissioning, Warranty, Spares, Maintenance)

After delivery, we support commissioning and troubleshooting through structured remote assistance (and on-site support where agreed). To speed up diagnosis, we work from your nameplate/serial number, as-built drawings, wiring photos, and fault records, then provide a clear action checklist to restore normal operation safely and efficiently.

Commissioning & Troubleshooting
Warranty Service & Spare Parts

We provide a clear warranty service and spare parts support process to minimize downtime after delivery. Risentric offers a 1-year warranty from the shipment date. Within the warranty period, if a fault is confirmed to be caused by manufacturing defect or material issue, we provide a one-time replacement spare part for the affected component/module and offer remote guidance for replacement and functional verification.

For small products (e.g., distribution boards), we also support a return-and-replace service: you ship the unit back to us, and we send a replacement unit. The customer covers the return shipping cost. For non-warranty needs, we supply spare parts based on your equipment serial number/nameplate and BOM reference, and help identify compatible part models for fast replenishment.

Preventive maintenance reduces unplanned outages and extends equipment life. We provide recommended maintenance intervals and checklists for switchgear and power distribution systems, covering items such as mechanical tightening, insulation condition checks, functional operation of interlocks, and visual inspection/cleaning. Maintenance support can include documentation guidance and operator training to help your team standardize routine inspections and recordkeeping.
